NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL

I Hereby give notice

That on the 20th January 2021 or thereabout I telephoned Specsavers

[redacted} (SS) enquiring of an "Eye test" and that further into the

enquiry I was pressed to divulge details to SS on my none wearing of face

covering due to exemption. When pointing out SS lack of legal grounds for

the enquiry, a general sense of befuddlement beset SS as if SS had legal

right too enquire. Somehow however SS came through this befuddlement and

an Eye test was eventually scheduled.

Shortly thereafter I received a telephone call from SS the gist of the call was

something to do with bringing with me some form of Doctors certificate as

proof of exemption from face coverings this is of course poppycock as

there is no such requirement at law to do so whatsoever. I felt as though

I where being blackmailed, as in "Tell us why your exempt or we can't

service your request", there is no equity in volunteering.

I had a bitter taste in my mouth after this phone call and wondered whether

these where the type of people qualified to be doing eye examinations in the

first place. A general level of utter disrespect came from the phone call.

Zero empathy for the exempt.

Party too some form of cooperate apartheid.

On the 22 January 2021 the SS left a hasty telephone message on my phone

cancelling the aforementioned appointment, under what grounds this is unclear.

An FOIR will potentially elucidate. Through my contact with SS it is reasonable

to assume that there is simply fear of anyone that cannot be face covered

due too reasonable excuse and for some perplexing reason SS believe it has

a legal standing too ask what said reasonable excuse is and to

discriminate on the basis of that, when in fact it has no standing

whatsoever in this matter.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Wearing of Face Coverings in a

Relevant Place) is a subordinate statutory instrument,

that has not got the force of law.

Equity Act 2010 is a General Act and supersedes the aforementioned statutory

instrument.

The discriminatory cancellation of the aforementioned appointment is an illegal

act, questioning/requiring reasonable excuse via any method by SS is an illegal

act therefore SS has displayed clear discrimination,

a case for damages will be brought against SS under the Equity Act 2010.

Equality Act 2010 (UK Public General Acts) - Direct

discrimination (1) A person (A) discriminates against another (B)

if, because of a protected characteristic, A treats B less

favourably than A treats or would treat others.

Indirect discrimination - (1)A person (A) discriminates against another

(B) if A applies to B a provision, criterion or practice which is

discriminatory in relation to a relevant protected characteristic of B's.
